Used the battwry this weekend. Worked like a charm. Purchased the basic unit and used my pad charger to charge it.

Bushcraft knack says:

Hey sintax love your vids. i was thinking about getting this too its one of the cheaper ones.. I usually use a battery pack charger but it only lasts 7 hours but its a good kick. Check my videos out if you have the time. Even subscribe if you can. Id really appreciate it sir. Have a goood one.

Tilburger72 says:

Bought one and I love it

High Peak Adventures says:

I have a battery and power question for you Sintax. I have an upcoming 3 day, 2 night winter hiking trip and really want to do a longer length video. My Samsung Galaxy phone has a 2650 mAh battery with a spare and I have two 2150 mAh USB battery backups, and a point and shoot Olympus camera,1850 mAh. Do you think that’s enough power to get enough film time to edit down to a descent 30 minute video? My phone can go 2-3 days on airplane mode just taking photos, but this would be my first attempt to get hours of video footage. Appreciate the input.

Chris Daniel says:

Just bought this charger based off of your review, thank you for putting the time into making this video.

Thanks I have been looking for a charger. I was thinking of making my own, but then I forgot about the auto shutoff and I don’t know how to do that. Great review.

BackpackingAdventures says:

Wanted to let you know I picked one up based on your review. It will be used for my business travel as well as hiking. Thanks!

ScanMan1967 says:

The power rating is mAh or milliamp hours. This device is rated at 10400 so it means you will get 10.4 amps at 5 v for 1 hour or 5.2 amps at 5 v for 2 hours and so on.

Mohit Sharma says:

Is is okay to use power bank every time to charge my iphone 6 and not a wall charger? Will that harm my phone battery?

Daniel Gurley says:

30 bucks… i expected more. very nice

LEXPIX says:

Great vid.  I use the 14K version to make sure the iPad’s charge up fully.  I sometimes use the Goal Zero Nomad 13 to top off the battery if the sun cooperates.

Hey sintax, do you think you can make a video about how you deal with ticks? (Finding them, removing them, repellents, etc.)

Dave Wallace says:

Thanks for posting this!

1wetpaint says:

Thanks for that.
Went and ordered one and found out I had a gift card. Got it for $16 delivered.

Quinn Miller says:

You mentioned your old battery pack 6:50 and how it would not turn off when the phone was done charging.  I wanted to know what kind of battery pack that was because I have a project that actually requires that lack of a feature.  All newer battery packs will shut down automatically

AdventuresWithKevbo says:

Thanks for the review! I have a pack that’s roughly 5A that came with my 10W solar charger. Looks like a good upgrade for me!

On the topic of solar panels, have you used any others, or would you care to comment or post a quick vid on your experiences with the one you have?

Keep up the great work!!

Craig White says:

Hi Sintax77, can you or Mike recommend a handheld GPS? Is there such a thing as a decent entry level model? Thanks!

Spencer Smith says:

Just ordered one from amazon for $29.99! I can’t wait to receive that. Nice review by the way.

uptrail71 says:

I ordered one from ebay for $25 free shipping after watching your review. This will save me from packing extra batteries. Another Sintax review helped us again. Bob

TheMecboy says:

i bought one based on this review as well.. thanks!

titan90000 says:

Nice external charger. I got a 10,000mAh Anker charger last summer and have been happy with it. Not the lightest thing you can bring with you (mine is 8oz also). But it is nice for keeping everything charged up.

Jacob Colby says:

Love the vids sintax77! Keep em coming!
