Igor Sena says:

Hey there. I have the AT2020 XLR version and i love it but i can´t get voice without background noise. The mic is so good that picks everything, even noise from outside my house. I tried recording really low, mouth closer to the mic and then edit with noise removal but i can never get good results and when i manage to get rid of the noise i cant do it without messing the audio. Really frustrated cause this mic is amazing. Do you have any suggestions?

HeavilyGamer says:

Matthew Tam says:

By close voice usage how close do you mean? Will it pick up if I’m about half an arm’s length away or less? (Sitting normally in my chair with the microphone beside my keyboard.)

I still hear white / buzzing noises through the AT on this video. It pisses me off. If I’m going to pay over $100 for a microphone, I want it not to have shitty horrible feedback.

Sub to topdek on youtube says:

Help! There is a very annoying mild buzzing in the background, it’s coming from my computer and not my mic. I tried several tests with different things in sound forge audio studio 10, and it sounds a lot like a computer fan or static. I also have a Lenovo edge 15 laptop, so I don’t know if that might be the problem.

Master Chief58 says:

I’ll take a printer USB connector over a very small thin and fragile microUSB connector anyday.

SpaceNigs says:

you should specify in the title that you’re reviewing the USB version of the mic as it is not the same mic as the at2020 XLR
