Pretty speedy for an HDD drive! Those things used to never go past 55MBS so times are a changing!
Still working after a year?
It’s a great thing to have, but I cannot justify £122. The one TB to me is at a more appealing price range. Great high quality video, keep it up!
If the USB controller is dead, Can we remove it and attach it to a caddy? I am afraid the new toshiba external harddrive do not have SATA controler anymore. Just USB like WD.
So much space in such a small size, but it doesn’t have an independent power source, could this be a problem?
Hi. i have canvio premium 1tb, but I errased software pre-installed for read password security and now my pc it is not able to recognize the hard drive. please, Could someone send me that file? Thank you
Does it support usb 3.1 gen 1 or even gen 2 ??? Since its a usb type C
So, do I need to reformat this to use on my Mac or does it work on both Mac and PC?

Does ‘premium’ indicate anything special with regard to build quality? I want a drive that can be used for long-term storage with the least likelihood of mechanical failure. Thanks.
