@StateofTech : Is it possible to connect this to a USB hub and then use another RAID drive for mirrored backups or TimeMachine? Just curious, how do you initiate backups on the Samsung T3?
Thanks for a great review. Would I be able to connect this SSD drive to a Samsung Galaxy Note 7… ? I know it would be overkill but great for entertainment purposes when not connected to Wi-Fi.
Great video. Would this be suitable as a backup solution – i.e. potentially being unpowered for months at a time? I’ve heard that when traditional hard drives are unused for a prolonged period, the spindles can get stuck / seized. Then the read head can crash and the motor fail etc.
