Stephen Newman says:

Just bought the G-Technology 4TB Thunderbolt 3 model.  Sleek and sturdy, for sure.  However, this external HDD runs hot to the touch and clinks loudly when reading or writing.  Very loudly.  Not sure I’m going to keep it.

KTMX says:

Hey bro I need your help.I Changed my pc case and the case is bigger then the previous one and power supply 8 pin 12v power connector for motherboard is short and that’s why i cut the 4 pin power connector from my old power supply and connect it with the new power supply and i guess it is working fine but my question is will it make problems in future or it is not good for my pc
That power supply has 6pin power connector but zotac gtx 1050 ti oc don’t need 6 pin power supply and it take power from my motherboard but now my b250m motherboard is connected with 4 pin connector instead of a 8 pin connector. So Should i buy another one ?
I don’t want to buy another one because i already bought that power supply less then 1 months ago but again if it is not good for my pc then i will buy another one.
And im using 4560+8gb ram

rizzo905 says:

only 200Mb per second??? with thunderbolt 3, that really shows the limit of a 7200rpm drive I guess

This video could be 50% shorter. People really like hearting their voices on videos!

Jarrod'sTech says:

The G makes me think of the Google logo 😛

hedkase says:

Is the drive inside the case easily accessible and replaceable? And can the “G” light on the front be disabled? I’m not sure why manufacturers continue to light up our desktops with these bright LEDs.

Ed Mund says:

It sounds like the volume knob is turned up, turned down, turned up, turned down as you speak… or are you just emphasizing words in a random manner?

Kadomex says:

Was literally just looking at these drives a few days ago. Weird yet convenient coincidence!

Patrick Owen says:

In G-Drive usb c, they put the 5400rpm model because it using less power than 7200rpm model. The G-Drive usb c gimmick is that you can charge your 45watt macbook pro via it usb c. If they put a 7200 rpm hard drive, it will not have enough power to share it. A Gtechnology technician told me that.
