Quick Review: The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate G3 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive

Flash drives are pretty common, and USB 3 isn’t exactly new, but recently I’ve been buying more USB 3 gear personally, and thought I would share some of my experiences using it. This chunky little drive from Kingston is already proving to be an excellent way to move files around locally.

500gb Toshiba portable hard drive for the same price as the 64GB USB. Something to think about.

I have the 32gb Data Traveler & I tested at 32MB/s read speed on USB 2, which is way faster than any other USB drives  I own.

There’s a flaw to it, the cover that protects the male input doesn’t fit within the PS4. I cannot fit it within the PS4’s usb ports, so does the PS4 accept USB extension cables?

dageezerboi says:

It looks slightly on the big/chunky side (not seen one in person), but I do like the design and I also appreciate it can be attached to a key ring which many of these tiny flash drives can’t. I may end up picking one of these up, they do seem great value.

Prizm says:

It’s like a reverse retractable design. The regular retractable/slider USBs are a pain in the ass. They always retract when you’re trying to plug the damn thing in.

My computer wont read it help
