ASUS BT400 USB Bluetooth 4.0 Dongle (Excellent for VR Controllers)

CORRECTION: Device is USB2.0 not 3.0 but the problem can still be experienced over 3.0 ports.

My quick review on the often left out piece of equipment required to run many VR controllers.

Go with BT 4.0 as the VR controllers need as much bandwidth as possible. If you want more information on Bluetooth and USB 3.0 interference, see the website below. This WILL affect the performance of VR controllers and could be falsely attributed to the VR hardware.

I was just wondering If yours glitches in VR chat because my Lenovo controllers glitch and I can’t move them, or their ten feet below me which is ridiculous, do you have any of these issues with yours or do you think it’s vr chat, or perhaps my gpu can’t handle that game, thanks

Gday, thankyou for the vid. I am looking to get a Lenovo soon. I am just a little confused atm. This is the first time I have come across needing BT for the controllers.
I thought they worked out of the box. Does your PC require BT to work the controllers? TY
